Dave Moore is a seasoned leader with 36 years of experience in Global Supply Chain and Logistics. Joining CubeCold as CEO, Dave brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record of driving growth, transformation, and culture change in the industry.

Before joining CubeCold, Dave served as Chief Operations Officer (COO) at Neovia Logistics, where he was instrumental in enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. His leadership journey also includes pivotal roles as COO at Americold Logistics and AGRO Merchants Group, where he led significant growth and performance initiatives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Dave’s extensive career spans senior leadership positions at renowned companies such as DHL Supply Chain, Ryder Logistics, and Daimler Chrysler. His deep industry experience across multiple industries and continents along with his passion for delighting customers make him a valuable asset to CubeCold. Mr. Moore holds a Bachelor of Arts in Materials and Logistics Management degree from Michigan State University and an MBA from the University of Detroit.

Liz Gildea joins CubeCold with 20+ years of international leadership experience in a variety of industries and geographies. Liz has a robust background in multi-cultural buy-and-build strategies, financial transformation, value creation and profitable growth.

Liz began her career in the manufacturing and distribution sector with CRH Plc where she spent 12 years in increasingly senior roles. Liz moved to North America with CRH where she was instrumental in the successful turnaround of the underperforming Construction Accessories Division. Following this, Liz realised that her passion lay in fast paced transformation and value creation roles and moved to the Private Equity market in 2017 when she joined the AGRO Merchants Group.

Liz was part of a successful buy and build exit as the CFO for AGRO Merchants Group and became CFO Europe for Americold once they acquired AGRO Merchants in December 2020.

Prior to joining CubeCold, Liz was the CFO for Customs Support Group, where she focused on strategic finance, sustainable growth, integration and talent management.

Liz is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts in Ireland, a CPA (USA) and holds an MBA from Georgia State University where she achieved a first-class honours (4.0) degree.

Paul Jukes joins CubeCold as Chief Operating Officer to drive operational performance, EBITDA growth, integration and transformative change across the CubeCold companies.  Paul joins from Americold, having been responsible for the European operations and previously for AGRO Merchants.

Paul is a results-driven, forward-thinking executive with 25+ years of proven leadership experience across the logistics, manufacturing and supply chain sectors. Adept at delivering operational and financial performance, driving top and bottom-line growth.
