Madrid, July 1^st, 2025 –CubeCold, a leading European provider of cold storage and logistics solutions, has continued it’s growth in the Spanish market with the acquisition of Almacenes Frigoríficos San Isidro and Alguazas Frío SA  (“Alfrisan and Alguazas”), a leading cold storage player with two facilities in the Murcia and Alicante markets.

Expanded geographic coverage of the Iberian market

The acquisition of Alfrisan and Alguazas further expands CubeCold’s geographic coverage of Spain with the addition of cold storage facilities two key producing regions of Spain. Alfrisan and Alguazas have over 20 years’ experience servicing a range of customers across the fruit, fruit concentrate, and vegetable industries with over 26,000 pallet positions.
