CubeCold Continues to Bolster Spanish Logistics Capabilities with Ferroice Acquisition
Madrid, 3rd March, 2026 – CubeCold, a leading European provider of cold storage and logistics solutions, has continued it’s growth in the Spanish market with the acquisition of Ferrocold 2025 S.L., Ferrolaboratorios Albacete S.L. and Ferroice S.L. (together, “Ferroice”), a leading cold storage player in the Albacete region.

Expanded geographic coverage of the Iberian market
Ferroice offers more than 200,000m3 of temperature controlled storage (-17°C and above) and has over a decade of experience serving agricultural and frozen food producers, processors and distributors across multiple categories including fruits, vegetables and ice cream. Ferroice has 35 temperature-controlled chambers with capacity for 210,000 storage positions in a key production and distribution region of Spain. In addition, Ferroice operates an in-house fleet of ambient and temperature-controlled trucks, which is fully integrated into operations providing customers with enhanced operational control, service reliability, and flexibility across storage and distribution flows.
